Allow for customization of the copyright text in the footer #56

In the site.vm on line 1728 the copyright text is hard coded as:

<p class="copyright">Copyright &copy;#copyright (). All Rights Reserved.</p>

It would be useful if this text could be disabled or customized in the site descriptor.
