I didn't know how Dropbox apps work, so it took me some time to figure out where the "root" folder was.

To save time for future users that also don't know how Dropbox apps work, after

  The configuration has been saved.

Add this:

In your Dropbox account under Apps, a folder with the "App Name" (from step 4) has been created. This folder is the "root" for Dropbox-Uploader.
