Our Admin Functionality is a little lacking. I don't want this issue merged until login is complete (for obvious reasons), but I'd at least like to have our backend running off of an EC2 instance instead of jumping through the hoops of Serverless (TypeScript to GoLang to Python to sadness).

Particularly, I'd like to fix up the edit functionality. Currently, it's janky and barely works. I'm going to be working on this from the ground up and hopefully will be able to fix it up quickly. If someone wants to jump on this issue too feel free.
