What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name.

Yes, this was available in AL2 and is listed on the list of removed packages.

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc)

slurmrestd (slurm API) requires the libhttp_parser.so.2.9 library in order to run.
