What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name.

AWS Secrets Manager Agent

The AWS Secrets Manager Agent is a client-side HTTP service that you can use to standardize consumption of secrets from Secrets Manager across environments such as AWS Lambda, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud.

Is this an update to existing package or new package request?

New package

Is this package available in Amazon Linux 2? If it is available via external sources such as EPEL, please specify.

No available packages that I could find.

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc)

https://github.com/aws/aws-secretsmanager-agent

It's an AWS created and owned service that is particularly useful tool to have running on EC2 instances as a caching mechanism for secrets manager. Would make a lot of sense to have it easily available on Amazon Linux.
