EditorController#choose_directory action does nothing

There is no way to advance beyond the index page with a blank EditorController#choose_directory, rendering this app unusable.

I would love to see I18n-Editor extracted into a rails gem/plugin that could just be dropped into an existing Rails site! Then you wouldn't even need to choose the directory manually.

I've updated the code to handle the directory scanning a bit cleaner. The #choose_directory doesn't actually need to do anything, just provides a vide for selecting the path.

With regards to the gem/plugin, there were/are plans, but its just a matter of finding the time, but I can definitely see the benefit..
