Not decided yet whether this behaviour should be considered as a bug or not.

From the INI point of view:

  • Why should default values be applied to sections not declared in the INI file?

From the scenario configuration database point of view:

  • It may seem strange that default values be applied to some sections but not others.
  • Should we really consider default values as an important feature?
