Doesn't work out of the box, have a script to at least deploy locally

• following the readme instructions I get errors when running foundry update.
• compiling with hardhat works
• There's no script or instructions to simply deploy to a local hardhat node.
• I recommend using hardhat-deploy for deploying and managing the resulting addresses, currently the config files need to be updated manually.
• I was able to deploy Allo core but it fails for me when trying to deploy a strategy with:Error calling deploy() function. Error: could not decode result data (value="0x", info={ "method": "deploy", "signature": "deploy(string,string,bytes)" }, code=BAD_DATA, version=6.6.7)
