Preserve unsupported recurrence rules

Describe the bug
At the moment recurrence rules with types not supported and may either be ignored or parsing may fail or leave an incorrect object. It would be better to more explicitly handle these as extra properties or somehow otherwise indicate they were found but not parsed, and then preserve them instead of dropping.
