NextTable ui异常

NextTable组件当hasHeader为false，且theme不等于border时，lock='right',调整width会出现ui异常

Steps to reproduce the behavior: / 详细复现步骤：

1.打开demo
2.拖出NextTable
3.在风格和样式中打开再关闭显示表头
4.去操作列选项中增加操作列宽度
5.可以看到操作列出现了重复

Expected behavior (required) / 预期行为（必填，非常重要）

在修改了操作列宽度后，操作列除了宽度，不会出现别的ui变化

这个是因为操作列，选择了右侧列固定，但是由于列太少，宽度被table 重新分配了，两个解法，一个是取消列固定（ActionFixed） 为 none，另一个是列宽足够大。
