收集 docker 标准输出，kafkav2， 偶现contents 里的数据错乱

收集标注输出，偶现 contents 数据错乱，收到的数据 里的 time source 和 content 数据和预期不一致

消费端将收集失败的日志数据打印发现 conternts 里的数据混乱

kubectl logs 看原始数据是正常的， 挑了几个 报错数据时间看了下，可能与 pod 重启有关， 大概率是 pod 重启时会有类似问题
