设置倍速会导致重播 #750

4.4分支
1、修改Max Speed 为16；
2、send_packet 之前设置忽略skip_frame为AVDISCARD_NONREF
3、设置播放倍速为16

播放结束后会导致之前没有播放的帧进行重播无法忽略
