问题

PRO 模板依赖 ResponsiveGrid 栅格布局，但是 ResponsiveGrid 使用了 display: grid 导致无法在 IE 上使用

预期

希望提供 PRO 模板对 IE11 的支持

方案一： @ClarkXia 改ice-scaffold-generator，简单适配下gap colSpan这些API，随改随生效

方案二：组件层面，最快在8月底为ResponsiveGrid提供IE11的支持
