Allow install to limit install by astral body #12

Allow limiting astral bodies to be processed by specifying its id.

For example, if the conf directory has:

callisto
dione
earth
europa
io
mars
mercury

then this could limit the processing to dione and mars:

python ./install.py --only dione,mars

Not sure what the best flag name is at this point.
