Tell us about the new connector you’d like to have

• use the Eurostat APIs in order to get all kinds of statistical data

Describe the context around this new connector

• Eurostat offers lots of statistical data which can be used as reference to other data, be it company specific or more general.
• This can be for analyzing financial performance of the company, in market segments, or even societal or environmental statistics/data
• Sync can be needed to be run from daily to once a year, depending on the dataset
• Endpoints would be the ones used to store the data and run analysis from - so it would be mostly traditional databases.
• The service is free and has documentation available.

Describe the alternative you are considering or using

One could in theory also use the file connector, but this needs mangling lots of parameters in the URL and is a bit cumbersome.
