Context

The system currently only supports image file uploads for label analysis. However, many labels are provided in PDF format.

Desired Outcome

Ensure the system supports PDF label files in addition to image files.

As a dev, I want to support PDF files as input to the pipeline in addition to images fertiscan-pipeline#45
