[Tool] Electric Weedwhacker

Seems straightforward.

Earlier I started a project in a grassy area and had to spend a half hour cutting the damn grass (conveniently after just finishing doing so in the real world)

Maybe a weedwhacker tool could be made to make cutting the damn grass a little easier; by clicking once and cutting that block and all other grass blocks in a 5x5 radius around the thing.
