[Bug] Finishing in the same millisecond makes ranks incoherent

Describe the bug

I finished in the same millisecond as my rival. The top right corner shows I finished first ; however, classification shows me I'm second. It happened twice to me (yesterday also, with p3 instead of p2).

How to reproduce

1. Start a short race (to not lose too much time)
2. Try to finish in the same millisecond as someone
3. Look at classifications

Expected behavior

Classifications should be coherent. To determinate a winner, we could eventually makes it based on fastest lap ?
