Temporary file name for R processing #37

Migrated from Gitea

Data for R to process is at the moment written to disk in an input.csv file. If multiple autoprot scripts run in the same folder, this will mess up the analysis.
Suggestions: Implement a random string file name (.e.g temp_12ASDHG.csv) that e.g. derives from a hash of the current time to prevent overlapping of these files.
