[Community] - Location blocked options

If location is blocked region is given as a drop down and House No is added.
• Option 1 - House No should be renamed to address and should be changed to field that can take both string and number
• Option 2 – Add address as a sting field that will need to be entered and leave House No as is

Look - House No needs to be moved to next to region. I have current and proposed options below
