[Community] - Phone number field dropdown

Cannot use drop down on phone number, the value either needs to be removed or should give a valid value of country codes to pick from. Currently if up arrow is clicked then the number goes to 1 and if down arrow is clicked then it goes to -1.

If only ET numbers are expected, then default to ET country code or even just removing it would help resolve the confusion.

Wanted to call out currently if I try to put any other code, I get Invalid phone number.
