As a user, I want to state if I left my house in the last 24 hours to indicate my exposure level.

Acceptance Criteria

  • It's done when I am prompted with a question asking if I left in the last 24 hrs.
  • It's done when there's a list of options and I can only select one.
  • It's done when there's a back button available in case a user wants to change their previous answer.
  • It's done when there's a Next button available to navigate me to the next screen once a selection has been made.
