As a user, I want to select either Good or Not well to communicate my overall wellbeing.

Acceptance Criteria

  • It's done when the two buttons -- Good and Not well -- have been added.
  • It's done when the the selection is saved in ...
  • It's done when after selecting one of the two buttons, it navigates to a placeholder screen for symptoms.
