problem with multiple strategies score calculation #401

given the strategies can only penalize_by and reward_by one by one and there is a top/botton limit
given the order of strategies is not defined
given we start with the worst possible score (in the default case)

we can get 2 different resulting scores for 2 strategies enabled etc.

(if the 1st strategy hits the minimum/maximum and the 2nd moves the score the other way)
