When creating an account and log in just after the creation, two requests will be made to auth/token and only one of the two calls contains the right code_verifier, if the one containing the wrong code_verifier arrives first it will invalidate the right code_verifier and so both of the requests will fail
Multiple calls to auth/token are also done when disconnecting and reconnecting just after to your account
