Is there a way to have some prompts be random per batch, and some be random per image?

I like to set a fixed seed, and then have some prompts cycle, some prompts be random, and some prompts remain consistent across the whole batch.

For example, a batch of 4 might look like this.

1. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, raining
2. 3 people, happy, on a boat, tall, bright
3. 3 people, happy, at a party, tall, bright
4. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, cloudy

The number of people, their mood, and their description are picked once for the batch. Their location is cycling. The weather is random per image.

This gets close...

{~2|3|many} people,
{~happy|sad|stoic},
{@in space|on a boat|at a party},
{~tall|short|thin|fat},
{~dark|bright|raining|snowing|cloudy}

...but {~dark|bright|raining|snowing|cloudy} remains the same for the whole batch.

1. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, raining
2. 3 people, happy, on a boat, tall, raining
3. 3 people, happy, at a party, tall, raining
4. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, raining

In addition, if each cycle makes a different number of choices...

{~2|3|many} people,
{~happy|sad|stoic},
{@in space|on a {boat|plane}|at a party},
{~tall|short|thin|fat},
{~dark|bright|raining|snowing|cloudy}

...now {~tall|short|thin|fat} and {~dark|bright|raining|snowing|cloudy} will be different for the 2nd cycle.

1. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, raining
2. 3 people, happy, on a boat, short, cloudy
3. 3 people, happy, at a party, tall, raining
4. 3 people, happy, in space, tall, raining

This is because on a {boat|plane} requires an extra choice throwing off the rng sequence for the following prompts.

I can take advantage of that to accomplish what I want...

{~happy|sad|stoic},
{@in space|on a boat|at a party},
{~tall|short|thin|fat},
{@
  |
  {~|} |
  {~ {|} | {|} }
}
{~dark|bright|raining|snowing|cloudy}

...but it's very fragile. It requires every prompt to make the same number of choices.

Is there a way to have some prompts be random per batch, and some be random per image?
