Numeric Keyboard Dismisses with Brief Display of Alphabetic Keyboard

I have set the keyboard type for the PIN input field to numeric, but when the keyboard dismisses, the Alphabetic keyboard briefly appears for a fraction of a second. This issue occurs specifically on Android device.

Steps to Reproduce:
Set the keyboard type for the PIN field to numeric.
Focus on the PIN input field and bring up the numeric keyboard.
Finish typing, it will dismiss the numeric keyboard.

Expected Behavior:
The keyboard should dismiss without showing any other keyboard type.

Actual Behavior:
An alphabetic keyboard briefly appears before the numeric keyboard is fully dismissed.
