Remove netlify and render.com links in readme. Add note to avoid netlify since they can charge you unexpectedly. Vercel and cloudflare however kust shut down your services until next period limits refill. Cloudflare in addition offers unlimited bandwith for cdn (static pages files & cached edge function responses) and allows commercial use #237
