Rebuild binaries for PuTTY 0.70 #3

Hi Thanks for this project.

Would you kindly rebuild the binaries with the latest Putty? v0.70
I restrict some insecure Ciphers and 0.67 putty version does not support the new ones.

Thanks for pointing out that 0.70 is released. If all you need is the new ciphers you can use the prerelease of 0.69 though. It should be fully functional, it's just that the Authenticode signatures of the binaries use my old expired certificate: https://marcussundberg.com/putty/0.69-0.9/

Binaries for 0.70 prerelease is now available at https://marcussundberg.com/putty/0.70-0.9/
Just like for the 0.69 prerelease the Authenticode signatures use the expired certificate, but there are no other issues known to me.
