[Smalltalk/en] Broken link to "Smalltalk Programming Resources" returns "Gone Permanently"

On [Smalltalk/en], the link under "Online Smalltalk books and articles" labeled as "Smalltalk Programming Resources" (which currently links to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/resources/smalltalk/) returns only the text "Gone Permanently".

Suggest it should be updated, perhaps pointed to a copy from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/web/20230000000000*/https://www.whoishostingthis.com/resources/smalltalk/), or the link removed.

Several later versions show the page unavailable when the Wayback Machine crawled it; the latest copy that appears to work is the one at:
