If you already have that particular surface atlas that you linked to in .txt format for a particular individual's or group average surface (.obj) (or for FS, in binary or .asc formats), you can load it as "Per vertex Data." I am not familiar with that particular atlas, but CIVET (for example) automatically registers each subject to one of 3 possible atlases: Lobes (default), or you can chose DKT or AAL:

Then look in the subject's output folder:
