[Accord.Video.FFMPEG] Is there any controls over quality and compression of images in file produced?

Issue description
I have been working with your VideoFileWriter and VideoFileReader. Is there anyway to control the quality and compression of video file being saved? I am getting a lot of artifacts in the images being saved? Looking forward to your response and thanks in advance.
