feed ui redesign

The current design is a workaround on the base create-t3 app template.
A new UI is in the working and being polished, the prototype is in a figma, the details are still open for discussion but the basic layout is as shown in the draft. Help is appreciated on the new HTML/CSS structure.
There are some new features on the draft that aren't completed yet, like notifications and chat, but having the UI/components ready beforehand is preferable.

Some references the new design is based on:

• linear - colors, web-app feel, layout
• vercel - especially the dashboard
• reddit - filters, chat, notification
