"Publish" button is inactive after saving changes inside any collection type entity with plugin field #3

Steps to reproduce:

Open collection type entity with plugin field
Make some changes and save them by clicking “save” button.
Make sure the “Success: Saved” message is received.
Pay attention to the “Publish” (or “Unpublish”) button.

Actual result: "Publish" button is still inactive after saving changes.

Expected result: "Publish" button is active after saving changes.
