Bug when installing flotilla #347

When trying to install flotilla I'm getting this error message
Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /home/flotilla/
I did git clone the repository and then:
cd flotilla
pip install -e .

Can you help me please with this issue?
