So, I found it pretty useful if Evolve had a reserved slot plugin where you can edit the amount of clients able to join the server and edit by STEAM_ID who would be allowed to use one of those reserved slots.

As I looked in threads before I noticed development is not so active at the moment, and that some plugins could not get implented because of how the mod works.

So, I'll just leave this as enhancement suggestion.

I am not one of the developers of Evolve but i could have a go and send it to Xandaros for review.
