Show approved timecards on job detail

Client requested that they be able to see an approval after they have completed a payment on the payments view. The best way to do this would probably be to create a new section underneath shifts in the job detail. This section can be called something like "Approved Times". All past approved times associated with the given job should be listed. There is an open issue on the backend for updating the job detail endpoint to provide this information.
