Plugins 2024 Theme: Compact Plugin Box

Proposal to make the plugins box more compact.

What has changed?

• Title has a limit of one line instead of two.
• Author below the star rating.

The single-line title allows the author to be placed below the rating, while avoiding the empty space to the right of the author.

The author could even be to the right of the star rating to make it event more compact. 🤔

Yes, visually it looks more balanced with the author to the right of the stars. I think it looks better.

I like this concept a lot, making them more succinct without losing important information makes the whole page more digestible.

I agree that it makes it compact. We are having a conversation about plugin titles in Discussion: Plugin name length, readability and consistency and plugin title is being suggested as a very strong discoverability indicator. I wouldn't want to shorten that title space until that conversation is resolved.
