Oops, bad link. The file is https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rwot8-barcelona/blob/master/README.md |
Christopher, this is VERY helpful. Best intro/overview to the topic papers
that a RWOT has ever had (as best I can remember).
I have no edits—I think the team assembling this did a great job.
Going to make for an amazing RWOT,
=Drummond

Thank you Christopher. I am fine with the summary.

Great stuff, thanks Christopher.
The section title for my contribution is "Identity Philosophy", but I don't
want people to think this is just navel-gazing. The architectural
principles are just that as we get ready to scope our PoC. Maybe
"decentralized personal data"?
:-)

@sheldrake: Sure — the categories were a rough choice. Are there any other papers, in particular in the DID section which is overly large, that should join your paper in the new category? |
No changes needed from our side, @ChristopherA, thanks! |
Thanks.
I won't have time to go through them until this weekend unfortunately, but
I will bear you question in mind as I do.

@bford Can you get your abstract into the root /README.md, and give us at least a dump of the current text into the topics folder (you can say at the top that the current text is on your blog). You have collaborator access now so you can directly edit. Thanks! |
Sorry I still haven't had time to prepare properly, and as I just mentioned in E-mail, it looks like I won't be able to make it to Barcelona after all. I hope to catch up on the topic at some other opportunity soon or the following RWOT. Enjoy Barcelona! |
We will be promoting the advance topic readings to attract our remaining set of attendees, and this year we are trying to organize them a bit better to allow newcomers to know a bit more about what each is about.
Could you please read and update the abstract and #hashtags we initially created for your paper at https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rwot8-barcelona/README.md
In addition, if you feel your paper belongs in a different major category, or needs a new category, please feel free to change it.
I have set up everyone who submitted topic papers as a collaborator for this repo, which means you can use the web interface to edit the /README.md file. To prevent PR conflicts, it may be easier to accept your collaborator status, edit quickly and submit your changes directly, rather than do a PR.
If you can do this by Wednesday it would be appreciated, as we are sending another mailing out soon and some promotions on social networks.
