Test out and Train Object Detectors

We will convert our object detector to the current state-of-the-art. While this is in progress, keep in mind the active/inactive agent issue and how ROAD only has bboxes of active agents. This may affect training, and the object detector may produce false negatives because of the lack of inactive object classifications in the ROAD Dataset.
