Opt Out from PII Sharing with Partners

You will receive notice when your personally identifiable information might be provided to any third party for any reason other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, and you will have an opportunity to request that we not share such information.

Andy's comment:

At the moment we do not collect any information (such as email address) that would allow us to contact the user. That will hopefully change soon, although I'm not sure I'll be able to implement it before the midterm election. Should we exclude this paragraph from the policy until we add a way to collect contact information from the user?
