The original creator of KerbalVR, Vivero (whose github page you're currently browsing) is no longer maintaining the mod.

However, another dev, johnnyOThan, has updated it.
That updated version is currently hosted on his own github space:

PS: You should absolutely read the installation guide. It gives invaluable info about mods compatibility, how to install dependencies, what types of IVAs to use, how up-to-date are the mods, etc.
