As a creator it would be nice to select 'all columns' when defining csv output handling #47

When defining the plots for a csv-output-file, one has to give a list of column names for each line (y-values) in the plot.
For the common case, that all columns should be plotted in one graph, it would be nice to have a checkbox 'all columns' to ease configuration and avoid mistakes.

However, this would make it necessary to upload the header of a typical result file...
If the creator is doing that, it would be also possible to use generate drop-down lists for configuring columns later on.
