Sorry not had time yet. Exported all the compose scripts from the pipeline2 stack so probably best to just refer to them rather than updating a separate reference that is just as proprietary. @hkir-dev is there anything missing from local interpretation? Would it be better to create a more generic version as a ref for future reuse?

I have updated the existing compose file to use in my local (https://github.com/VirtualFlyBrain/vfb-pipeline-config/blob/dev/docker-compose-local.yml). But I only used this to build containers (up --no-start). Because compose is starting containers in order but hot waiting services to be "ready". May need to add some synchronization mechanism for runtime, but not sure how it may affect rancher.

Need to talk with devs at Allen to understand how we can deal with these issues on AWS.
