[Portal 2] MacOS version of Portal 2 is unable to render Puzzle Creator Levels

The apears to have been a bug for years. This is caused by unported DLL files that handle rendering and building levels to apear as playable spaces. All that happens upon building a level is an error apearing and 2 red errors in console apears referencing the 2 DLL files.

Steps to reproduce:
Use MacOS
Attempt to build a puzzle
It fails immediately with a console error

Potentially a duplicate of #403, although your description of the error makes it sound different. It would be nice to see the actual console output that appears.
