Describe
When opening VSCodium Insiders version 1.95.0.24293-insider, a black window appears and no input is responsive.
This issue also occurs in version 1.95.0.24287-insider, and the last working version is 1.93.0.24242-insider.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a window using any method (symlink, exe or console)
  2. Window opens with a black screen and does not respond

Expected behavior
That the window opens with the normal desktop and it responds to inputs

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Architecture: x64
  • Version: 1.95.0.24293-insider
  • App Manager: Winget
  • Sandboxed: No

*Attempted solutions

  1. Deleting the old settings to start with fresh settings.
  2. Starting a session with the following console commands:
    codium-insiders --disable-gpu
    codium-insiders --disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer --disable-software-compositing

I have the issue with 1.95.0.24296-insider while 1.95.0.24293-insider is fine.
No issue on macOS, not tested on linux.

Same issue since upgrading to 1.95.0.24297 throught winget

I've upgraded the issue as a blocker. 1.95.0 won't be released until this is fixed!
