There are 2 ways to fix that, none can be done with only map level changes:

  1. implement, and use, "usable entities" so that only explicit action would trigger those
  2. make proximity triggers to not react to buildings, only to players

Note that the issue also applies to human buildings, and that at least the sound can no longer be heard across all map.
