Bug report ID : IN-60263

Hello, a year ago I used to play with AR Foundation on my tablet out of curiosity and everything worked fine. Last week, after a year without using it, I decided to rework my software under Unity. However, when I installed the AR Foundation Samples (which were working fine until now), I noticed this bug. After uninstalling and reinstalling both the AR Foundation Samples and ARCore, I still have this bug.

Describe the bug
When launching any scene from the AR Foundation Sample on my Android tablet, the AR camera is extremely dark, even in well-lit conditions. This issue is evident when compared with the native camera application of the tablet, which functions normally and shows a clear difference in brightness. (I screencapture the exact same spot with the AR Camera and with the native camera app of my Lenovo Tab)
To Reproduce
I didn't edit anything in Unity

  1. Open Unity and load the AR Foundation Sample project.
  2. Build and deploy any scene from the AR Foundation Sample onto the Android tablet.
  3. Launch the deployed application on the tablet.

Expected behavior
I expected the AR camera to provide a clear and well-lit view of the environment, similar to the standard camera app on the device.

Actual behavior
The AR camera view is significantly darker than the standard camera view, making it difficult to interact with AR elements or use the application effectively in any lighting condition.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Device: Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2
OS: Android 13 Tiramisu
Unity version: 2022.3.13f1
ARFoundation version: 5.1

These two screenshots show the same scene at the same time of day, with exactly the same light on in the room. The first is from the Simple AR scene and the second from the Camera application.

Thanks in advance, have a good day.

Some updates here : I try to deploy the sample on my Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 with another computer with a virgin Unity but I have the same result. Then I try with the first computer to deploy on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 and it worked perfectly. So the issue does come from the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 device.. I will try one last time by reset the tablet and deploy the sample again. The real problem is that it used to work when I bought it.

Edit : still not working even after the reset.
