Clarify Uniswap V2 Factory for Arbitrum

The Uni V2 Contract Deployments page states that the Uniswap V2 Factory for Arbitrum is deployed at 0xf1D7CC64Fb4452F05c498126312eBE29f30Fbcf9.

However, there is another instance of UniswapV2Factory deployed at 0x5C69bEe701ef814a2B6a3EDD4B1652CB9cc5aA6f, which is notably the same ones on ETH Mainnet + Testnet chains. It is also the same address used for the factoryV2 variable set in Arbitrum's SwapRouter02 and UniswapV2Router02.

Kindly clarify which factory is the canonical one (I believe it's the latter).
