I suggest to use some custom fonts, here's some candidates:

Traditional Chinese:
- Noto Sans TC
Number Display (for stats on home page and others):

Feel free to recommend fonts, we may need:

alphanumeric (or english) font that goes with Traditional Chinese fonts

And feel free to discuss using Emoji in web (typography).
